These guys completed a massive job on our new property. Everyone from their team was exceptionally professional, friendly, easy to talk to and had a great sense of humour. This was the largest project to date that we have taken on, and we're so so happy with the finished work. We'll definitely, look to work with them again in the future.

Your Home. Your Investment. Our Reputation.
We’re not order-takers checking boxes on a spec sheet. We’re
problem-solvers who genuinely care about how your systems perform 5 years from now, not just at the ribbon cutting.
Here’s how that shows up:
We ask the hard questions upfront – About your daily routines,
frustrations with current tech, future plans. We design for how you
actually live, not how a brochure says you should.
We tell you what you DON’T need – If a cheaper solution does the
job, we’ll say so. Upselling garbage isn’t our game. Long-term trust
is.
We own our mistakes – Something goes sideways? We fix it. No
finger-pointing, no “that’s not our scope.” We stand behind every wire
we pull and every system we program.
We’re available after the install – You’re not getting ghosted
post-payment. System acting weird at 8pm? Remote support. Need
training for a new family member? We’ll schedule it. Upgrades down the
road? We already planned for it.
We stay local – We live here. Work here. Raise our families here.
Your neighbor might be our next client. We’re not a fly-by-night crew
from out of province—we’re building a reputation that lasts.
Bottom line: We care because we’re craftsmen, not just contractors.
Your project has our name on it, and that means something. -
One Team. Two Trades. Zero Compromises.
Most contractors force you to coordinate between separate electrical and AV companies—doubling your headaches, timeline, and potential for miscommunication. We’re licensed electrical contractors AND certified
custom integrators under one roof.
Here’s what that means for you:
Single point of contact – No playing phone tag between trades.Seamless integration – your electrical infrastructure and smart systems are designed together from day one.
Faster project completion – We’re not waiting on another contractor to finish their piece.
True system optimization – We engineer the power, network backbone,
and automation as one cohesive ecosystem.Accountability – One company responsible for the entire system’s performance.
We’re Lutron Pro certified, CEDIA members, and specialize in Control4, Crestron, Savant, and custom integration—but we also pull permits, wire panels, and handle everything from service upgrades to EV charger installations.
Bottom line: You get the craftsmanship of a top-tier electrical contractor with the sophistication of a luxury integrator. No handoffs. No excuses.

Flexible options that match your project.
Every project is different. We offer two transparent pricing models so you can choose what works best:
1) Time & Material Pricing
Best for: Service calls, troubleshooting, small additions, evolving projects, or when scope isn’t fully defined.
Pay only for actual hours worked and materials used. Perfect transparency—you see exactly where every dollar goes with the flexibility to adapt as project needs change.
Detailed invoicing with labor and material breakdowns, Ideal when you want maximum control over scope decisions
2) Fixed Package Pricing
Best for: New construction, whole-home automation, major renovations, or projects with defined scope.
Locked-in pricing before we start—no surprises.
Comprehensive project planning with clear deliverables, budget certainty for large investments protects you from cost overruns (we absorb scope creep on our end) while streamlined approvals result in faster decision-making.
Which is right for you? We’ll walk you through both options during
consultation. Many clients use fixed pricing for major installations
and T&M for ongoing service and system tweaks.
Free consultations. No pressure. Just honest advice on the best
approach for your specific situation. -
The Wadden Process: No BS, Just Results
1. Discovery Call or Site Visit
We start by understanding your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Whether
it’s a new build, renovation, or adding smart technology to an
existing home, we listen first. This is free and pressure-free.
2. Custom Design & Proposal
We create a tailored solution that fits your needs—not a cookie-cutter
package. You’ll get a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline,
equipment, and pricing (T&M or fixed package). We explain everything
in plain English.
3. Pre-Construction Planning
For new builds and renovations, we coordinate early with your builder,
architect, and designer. We map out electrical runs, network
infrastructure, speaker locations, and automation touchpoints before
drywall goes up. This prevents expensive changes later.
4. Professional Installation
Our licensed team handles everything—from rough-in electrical to
mounting screens and programming automation systems. We’re on-site,
on-schedule, and we clean up after ourselves. You’ll always know who’s
in your home and what’s being done.
5. System Programming & Training
Once installed, we program and optimize your system for your
lifestyle. Then we walk you through everything—how to use your
lighting scenes, adjust thermostats, control audio, manage security,
etc. We don’t leave until you’re comfortable.
6. Ongoing Support
Technology evolves. So do your needs. We offer maintenance plans,
remote support, system upgrades, and quick response times when you
need us. You’re not just getting an installation—you’re getting a
long-term partner.
